My career philosophy is this: Life is too short to be in a job you don’t love – or unhappily unemployed.
Finding the intersection between what you are good at, what you love doing, and what the market will pay for is not hard to do.
Unfortunately many people don’t do a great job articulating their game-changing skills in a way that can help them achieve their dream jobs.
When I was recruited out of Unisys to run a healthcare company, many of my former colleagues began reaching out to me for help finding new jobs. They were struggling getting job interviews, and for the few that were landing interviews, most did not result in job offers.
So I developed various career-related curricula such as:
- How to write a killer resume
- Acing any interview
- Negotiating an awesome salary
- Discovering and landing dream jobs based on your skills and interests
- Advancing in your career
We spend so much time engaged in professional activities. Making those hours rewarding contributes toward an incredibly fulfilling life.
